Association Rules

01. Membership Fee Refund

Membership fees are used for Association program costs. In case of inability to attend trainings (work, health), refund is not possible.

02. Privacy and GDPR

We collect data (name, email, phone, date of birth) exclusively for registration and communication. Data is stored for one year after leaving the Association, unless you request earlier deletion, correction, or restriction of processing in line with applicable data protection regulations.

03. Photos and Video

The Association retains the right to use material from trainings and races to promote activities on the website and social networks.

04. Health Responsibility

By filling out the form, you confirm that you are medically fit for running and that you participate in Association activities at your own responsibility.

05. Website and Analytics

The website is technically maintained by SNJ DOO. Google Analytics may be used to analyze website usage and improve content in accordance with privacy rules.
